Close to Nara Station
A convenient place to stay when touring the ancient capital of Nara is the Comfort Hotel Nara. It is within walking distance of Nara Station and has good access to Nara Park and other places. There are many restaurants nearby. They also offer a free breakfast, so it's a great deal.

This place is great!
I recommend the Comfort Hotel Nara. I used it when I was walking around. The reason I chose it as a base for sightseeing is because it's close to Nara Station. It's in a very convenient location for walking around, visiting historical sites such as Nara Park and Kasuga Taisha Shrine. The hotel itself is clean and easy to use, and the free breakfast is delicious, so I recommend it.

Close to JR Nara Station!
It's close to JR Nara Station, and you can walk to Kintetsu Nara Station while enjoying a stroll around town. Since it's a chain hotel, there are no hits or misses, and the service is well-balanced. Breakfast is included, and there is a convenience store nearby, so you can stay comfortably. There are many foreign guests, so it feels a bit out of the ordinary, and it's good for a little escape from reality (lol).
