  • If you're looking for a reasonable hotel in the Dazaifu area, you'll probably want to go to Route Inn Dazaifu. The standard plan is available for less than 10,000 yen per person. The road is a bit winding, but it's less than 2km from Tenmangu Shrine, so it's about a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit far from the station, but it's about a 5-minute drive from Nishitetsu Dazaifu Station, so taking a taxi is probably acceptable.

  • Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is just a 3-minute drive from this hotel. I previously stayed in a twin room. The room was very spacious and had a modern, chic atmosphere, so I was able to relax very well. There is a large hot spring bath here, and the indoor bath is spacious. Outside, there are open-air baths such as Lying-down bath and a rock bath, which were very comfortable. This is a great place to take a break from studying for exams.
