The Kumamoto Wasukijikan is very conveniently located. It's only a five-minute walk from the castle. The hotel is decorated with antique Japanese furniture and beautiful shoji screens, making it feel like you're staying in a traditional Japanese mansion. The hotel is located right next to a large shopping street, so we recommend enjoying local cuisine in the nearby downtown area in the evening.
