Perfect for Groups: A Hotel Where You Can "Live Like a Local"
If you're traveling with friends or family, I'd recommend the apartment-style hotel, "fav Kumamoto." A huge plus is that everyone can stay together in one large room with bunk beds, which is quite rare for hotels in Japan. Each room also comes with a kitchen, so you can even enjoy cooking your own meals. This allows you to have a special cultural experience that feels just like you're living in Kumamoto—something different from a typical hotel stay. Of course, the hotel itself is clean and stylish, and it's in a convenient location for accessing tourist spots.
