Merveille Hakone Gora

Merveille Hakone Gora is a onsen(hot spring) resort conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Gora Station. The hotel's interior, inspired by the stones and boulders that give Gora its name, has a chic, open feel, making it a comfortable stay for anyone. The mixed onsen(hot spring) water from Owakudani and Sounzan has excellent heat retention and is known as a "water that lasts for a long time" because it doesn't cool down easily, allowing you to experience the true joy of Japanese onsen(hot spring).

It is located right in front of Hakone Gora Park and is close to the Hakone Museum of Art, making it a convenient location for sightseeing in Hakone. Although it is a steep slope, you can walk to the Hakone Open-Air Museum. It is also one stop away from the nearest Gora Station. There is a large bath where you can enjoy the mixed springs from Owakudani and Sounzan. There is a corner in the facility where you can drink medicinal tea, which was very rare, but I enjoyed mixing it. The room was spacious and stylish, with a warm and relaxing feel. The banquet kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）was mainly Japanese food, with a large amount of variety, and was delicate and delicious in both appearance and taste. The Japanese breakfast was also luxurious, with a variety of dishes to enjoy from the morning.

Merveille Hakone Gora is a Hakone onsen inn where you can enjoy free-flowing natural hot spring water, a mix of springs from Owakudani and Sounzan. This abundant hot spring water is known as "Bijin-no-Yu" (Beauty Hot Spring) for its beneficial effects. They also have spacious rooms where you can relax comfortably, making it highly recommended for a trip with your sister. Furthermore, their meals, featuring fresh seafood from Sagami Bay and other local Kanagawa ingredients, are highly acclaimed.

Merveille Hakone Gora has a large public bath with 100% natural hot spring. There are also rooms with open-air baths, so you can relax in them without worrying about other guests. You can enjoy kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）made with seasonal ingredients, and fully enjoy the resort atmosphere.

If you transfer to the mountain railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station and get off at Gora Station, there will be a shuttle bus to the hotel. The meals are delicious Japanese cuisine made with local ingredients, and are recommended for those who want to enjoy not only onsen(hot spring) but also the meals at the hotel. From Gora, it is easy to get to any sightseeing spot in Hakone, such as Mt. Hakone or Lake Ashi.
