草津バスターミナルまでは自分たちで行かないといけないですが、宿に連絡を入れれば無料で送迎バスで迎えに来てくれます。また、湯畑にもシャトルバスが出ていますが、徒歩で10分位の近さなので、特に不便さも感じません。私は、接客が凄く良いのでこの宿を気にいっています。
