Hello. It was just the price. Private lodgings and guesthouses are cheaper and allow overseas guests to feel "Japan", but it's hard to choose. Toyoko Inns are in most prefectures and the room types are almost the same, so guests won't have to worry. Also, breakfast is included, so you can enjoy the breakfast that Japanese people normally eat.
