How about the Super Hotel at the Yaesu Central Exit of Tokyo Station? It is a business hotel with a large natural hot spring bath, conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station. The accommodation rates are very reasonable, so please check out the website.

If you are looking for a hotel near Tokyo Station where you can stay for several nights, I recommend the Yaesu Super Hotel. It has an artificial hot spring.

A hotel near Tokyo Station, convenient for taking the Shinkansen
If you are thinking about travelling to catch the Shinkansen the next day, we recommend the area around Tokyo Station. After arriving at Narita, take a limousine bus to Tokyo Yaesu Exit. If you stay at a hotel near Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit, you can easily catch a train from there the next day. This hotel is very close to Tokyo Station, just a one-minute walk away. Although the water is artificial, there is a large public bath where you can relax and soothe your fatigue.
