Comprehensive resort hotel near Lake Juniko
If you are touring the Shirakami Mountains in Aomori Prefecture, I recommend "Aone Shirakami Juniko." It is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from Juniko Station. It is a comprehensive resort hotel surrounded by nature and has a very large site. It felt like a small theme park. You can also enjoy cottages and Japanese-style rooms. The food was delicious and locally produced, and I was satisfied. There are also guided trekking guides for Juniko and Shirakami Forest Bathing, so I think it was the perfect hotel for our purpose.
