  • Based at Shibuya Station: Your Hub for All of Central Tokyo

  • I highly recommend Shibuya Tobu Hotel for its incredibly easy access to the city center. It's within walking distance of Shibuya Station, which has so many public transport options—the JR Yamanote Line, Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line, and more. You can get directly to major hubs in Tokyo like Shinjuku, Ginza, and Omotesando without any transfers. Honestly, no matter where your dinner show venue is, you can't go wrong basing yourself in Shibuya. The hotel is right in the heart of Shibuya, so rather than calling it "cheap," I’d say it's "reasonable for the location." The value of that convenience is massive.

  • A Great Value Hotel Within Walking Distance of Shibuya Station

  • I really recommend Shibuya Tobu Hotel, especially if you're attending an event that runs late at night. It's located only about a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station. Even late at night, Shibuya is bright and always has people around, so it gives you great peace of mind knowing you can walk back safely from the station, even after your dinner show ends. For a hotel located right in the heart of Shibuya, I think the rates are relatively inexpensive. The access to central Tokyo is fantastic, and when you consider that you don't have to worry about taxi fares or the last train, it might even end up being cheaper overall!

  • A hotel that can accommodate up to 4 people in the same room, 7 minutes from Shibuya Station

  • This hotel has spacious family rooms with an area of 35 m2. The family rooms can accommodate up to four people, so they are recommended for families. It is a 7-minute walk from the Hachiko Exit of Shibuya Station, so it is also recommended as a base for sightseeing. Meiji Shrine can be reached from Shibuya to Harajuku in one stop on the Yamanote Line, or within 20 minutes on foot. Omotesando and other areas are within walking distance, and it is one subway stop away, making it convenient for sightseeing around Harajuku. It is close to Shibuya Station, so you will not have any trouble finding restaurants. There are department stores and other places to enjoy shopping. There is also a convenience store nearby. I think this is a sufficient hotel if your purpose is not to enjoy a hotel stay.

  • A hotel in the slightly deeper Udagawa area

  • If you are thinking of having a meal during your stroll, we recommend staying at this hotel near the Shibuya Udagawa area. Shibuya has many chain cafes and izakayas, but Udagawa has many restaurants with a unique atmosphere that will leave you with a memorable stay. Of course, Meiji Shrine is also within walking distance. The hotel is spacious and clean, and has a wide range of amenities, making it convenient for family trips with lots of luggage. There is also a coin laundry!

  • Within walking distance to Meiji Shrine

  • This hotel is located about a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station and about a 13-minute walk from Meiji Shrine. There are family rooms here, which are spacious, so even with an extra bed there was no sense of oppression and we were able to stay comfortably. There are also restaurants serving Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine. The staff were very helpful and we had a comfortable stay.

  • Hotels near Shibuya Station Hachiko Square

  • Since you're in Tokyo, why not stay somewhere in the city center, rather than a hotel that's easy to get to? Shibuya Tobu Hotel is a relatively affordable hotel with excellent access, just 7 minutes from Shibuya Station and within walking distance of Harajuku Station and Omotesando Station.
