There are natural hot spring that you can enjoy in your swimsuit.
If you are looking for a hot spring facility in Kanto area where you can enter in a swimsuit, I recommend "Mahoroba Mines Miura". It has a natural hot spring, a spa house and a heated pool where you can enjoy in a swimsuit. There are also foot reflexology trails and a bedrock floor with four types of medicinal stones, so I think it will meet your needs. It is easily accessible from Tokyo, about an hour on the Keikyu line, and is highly recommended.

If you are looking for a hot spring in the Kanto region where the food is really delicious, why not try "Maholova Mines Miura"? Ocean view resort hotel
The ocean view rooms have a beautiful view. The atmosphere is great in the morning, afternoon, and evening. There is a plan that allows you to use the hot spring pool called Kurpark, and you can enjoy the hot spring in your swimsuit. You can feel like you are in a resort. The food is buffet style, but there is a lot of fresh seafood.
