If you are using it for 1-2 people, it is good value for money and recommended.
The hotel is located right in front of Exit 4 of Shintomicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, so you can easily access it without getting lost. Tsukiji Outer Market is about a 10-minute walk away. It's a straight line, so even if it's your first time there, you can easily access it without getting lost. The room is a little small with only a bed and a desk, so it's recommended for those who are not staying at a hotel. The desk is spacious and easy to use. There are amenities and Wi-Fi, so it's also recommended for business use. The bed is fine for the average Japanese person, but be careful as the single room may be a little small for tall people.

Hotel convenient to the International Exhibition Center
When asked about a hotel close to the Tokyo International Exhibition Center, hotels around Tsukiji come to mind. The Tokyo International Exhibition Center is about 15 minutes away via the Yurakucho Line Shinkiba line, and there are sushi restaurants around Tsukiji and wine bars in the Shintomi area, so you won't have any trouble finding dinner at the Ginza Capital Hotel.
