- The hotel has a large public bath and open-air bath, and the water is plentiful and of good quality, so I went into hot spring many times during my stay. Dinner is buffet style, and the famous Hakone Bakery is served for breakfast, both of which were delicious. I saw many foreigners in the hotel, but it seems that there are staff members on hand who can speak English.

- The hot spring contains metasilicic acid, which is known to have skin-beautifying effects. The women's open-air bath is about 6 tatami mats in size. You can enjoy the natural green scenery above the bamboo fence. The standard guest room is a 17 tatami mat Japanese-style room with large windows on two walls.

A hotel with stone pavement from the old Tokai on its premises
- The bath faces the river, so you can enjoy hot spring while listening to the sound of the water cascading like an artificial waterfall. There is a pool on the rooftop of the new building that is open in the summer. The bread here is also famous and has a stall at Ebina PA. The green melon bread is especially delicious.
