Convenient and reasonably comfortable
If you're looking for a reasonably cheap, clean, and comfortable hotel, I recommend this one. It's a private school, so it's not very expensive, but it's stylish and comfortable. It's also located very close to Ichigaya Station, which is almost in the center of the Yamanote Line, so transportation is very convenient no matter where you go in Tokyo. Meiji Shrine is 20 minutes away by train, and Asakusa and Skytree are 30 minutes away.
