• Ryokan (Japanese inn) serves delicious original kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）made with locally grown vegetables, mountain delicacies, and fresh seafood from Shonai. They also serve homemade hand-made soba noodles. There is also a luxurious plan where you can enjoy Obanazawa beef and abalone. The inn is built on a hilltop above Ginzan Onsen, so you can enjoy a great view of the mountains from all the rooms. The views from the large communal bath and open-air bath are also amazing. Although it is a little independent guest cottages from the center of Ginzan Onsen town, there is a free shuttle service to the hot spring town at night, so you can experience the atmosphere of a Showa-era hot spring town.
