Are there any Budget-Friendly Hotels with Direct Access to Tokyo Disneyland & DisneySea?
My husband and I are planning a summer trip to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. We're looking for a budget-friendly hotel, but we want to make sure it's a good value that still offers a great stay. I'm okay with staying a few stations away from Maihama Station (the closest station to Disneyland), as long as we can get to Maihama Station without any train transfers and the hotel is close to the station. Finding a convenience store nearby would also be a bonus!
15Hotel rankings chosen by people
- Hotel Green Tower Makuhari is a hidden gem that you can reach easily by taking a direct bus from Narita Airport bound for Inage-Kaigan. Get off at the Hotel Springs Makuhari stop and it's just an 8-minute walk to the hotel. From Kaihin-Makuhari Station, you can take the JR Keiyo Line straight to Maihama Station (Disneyland) with no transfers. Not only are the room rates cheap, but the area around the hotel is filled with restaurants and convenience stores, so you'll have plenty of dining options. Plus, there's an outlet mall nearby for some shopping! You can also take a direct train to Tokyo Station from here, which makes it incredibly convenient if you plan on visiting Disneyland and then immediately hopping on a Shinkansen (bullet train) to the Tohoku, Kansai, or Hokuriku regions the next day. It's a great spot that many tourists don't know about yet!mariruri's answer (Posted on:2025/9/19)

If I were you, I would recommend a hotel in Kaihin Makuhari.
- I would recommend a hotel in Kaihin Makuhari. There is a limousine bus that runs from Narita Airport to the hotel, and you can easily get to Maihama Station and even Tokyo Station in one go on the JR line, so it's convenient for getting anywhere. Kaihin Makuhari itself is a new town, and in addition to restaurants and convenience stores, it has a baseball stadium, parks, and Japanese gardens, so it's a great environment. By the way, Hotel Green Tower Makuhari has rooms where you can lay out futons in a Japanese-style room, so I highly recommend you experience the uniquely Japanese feeling of "relaxing in a tatami room." There is also a Miffy room, which is recommended if you like cute things!Apollo's answer (Posted on:2025/9/19)

Super Cheap on Agoda! Only a 15-Minute Walk to Disneyland!
- The Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort can be incredibly cheap if you choose your dates carefully on Agoda! You can stay here for around 14,000 JPY per person during a sale, which is an amazing deal for a hotel so close to Disneyland. This hotel is highly recommended for any Disney fan because it's an Official Disney Hotel. This means you can purchase park tickets right at the hotel, and even enter the park when it's crowded and subject to entry restrictions! The hotel shop also sells park merchandise. Another great perk is that you can drop off your luggage at the counter at the Disney Resort Welcome Center near Maihama Station, and it will be delivered to the hotel for free, so you can head straight to Disneyland as soon as you arrive! The rooms are themed—you can choose between styles inspired by the American Old West, retro-modern designs, or large ocean liners and cabins—ensuring a wonderful experience no matter which room you stay in! It's cheap for a room only! Recommended for those who want to enter Disney as soon as it opens.
- This hotel is quite cheap if you stay overnight. If you want to get into the park as early as possible, you'll probably line up at the gate first thing in the morning. DisneySea is within walking distance, and there are plenty of shuttle buses, so why not stay overnight and have breakfast inside the park?なな's answer (Posted on:2016/8/25)

Near Hatchobori Station: Perfect Access to Both Tokyo and Maihama!
- ICI HOTEL is located immediately next to Hatchobori Station, from which you can get to Maihama without transfers. There’s a convenience store nearby, and the area is historically close to the sea, making it an area known for Japanese food and seafood restaurants, so you'll have plenty of great dining options. While many surrounding hotels are business hotels for commuters, this one is a cheaper option among them; a Deluxe Double Room is around 30,000 JPY for two. APA Hotel in Hatchobori with Direct Access to Maihama Station!
- Staying around the Hatchobori area is highly recommended because you can reach both Tokyo Station and Maihama Station without any train transfers. The APA HOTEL〈HATCHOBORI EKIMAE〉 is only a few minutes from the station, and you’ll find plenty of places to eat, including sushi restaurants, tempura shops, izakayas, and a popular cafeteria called "Hatchobori Shokudo" where you can try authentic Japanese home cooking. If you skip the breakfast plan, you can stay for less than 12,000 JPY per person per night, which is a great budget deal! Be careful, there's another APA hotel south of the station, but the one "Ekimae" (in front of the station) is the better option for dining as the south side has fewer restaurants!OnsenDaisuki's answer (Posted on:2025/9/19)
