At a hot spring inn, you have to share everything, but at this cottage, the kitchen is attached to the room. In addition, the hot spring is attached to the room (although there are shared ones), so if you are uncomfortable being naked, I think it's a good idea to use this one. You can bring your own food, and there is also a BBQ plan, so you can choose what you like. It even comes with a sauna, and you can use it from less than 10,000 yen, so it's cheap and I would recommend it to foreigners.
