I'm going to Tamazukuri Onsen with a friend in March. I want to focus on food, so please let me know if there are any lodgings that serve locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

If you are visiting Tamatsukuri Onsen, why not try Kasuien Minami? It is a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) located on the banks of the Tamayu River. The beautiful Japanese garden inside the inn is very appealing. You can bathe in the hot spring water, which flows directly from the source, in four baths, including an open-air bath. The meals are kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )uses the bounty of the Sea of Japan and Lake Shinji. They use delicious ingredients such as Shimane Wagyu beef, blackthroat seaperch, crab, and clams. They also use Nita rice, which is highly recommended.Natural Science's answer (Posted on:2021/5/ 7)

A hotel with a wonderful Japanese garden
- In front of the lobby is a Japanese garden where we could enjoy tea and sweets and chat with friends. The meal was a carefully selected menu by the head chef. There were many local ingredients, and it was a very luxurious meal for us who don't usually cook for ourselves.べあべあ's answer (Posted on:2019/11/10)
