I'm going to Tamazukuri Onsen with a friend in March. I want to focus on food, so please let me know if there are any lodgings that serve locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

You can enjoy the bounty of the mountains and the sea from Shimane Prefecture. Dinner was a Japanese course meal that could be finished in about 2 hours. I was very satisfied with the appearance, taste and volume. The bath was on a rotation system and was very nice with a Japanese style.とりむ's answer (Posted on:2022/10/ 7)

Tamatsukuri Onsen offers locally sourced seasonal ingredients

This is a women-friendly inn in Tamatsukuri Onsen. They offer authentic beauty treatments. You can also enjoy the large bath, which is made entirely of cypress, even down to the bottom of the bathtub, as well as the indoor and outdoor baths made of solid black granite. For meals, you can enjoy kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )made with seasonal ingredients from Shimane Prefecture. The food looked very gorgeous and lifted my spirits.うまき's answer (Posted on:2021/9/ 2)

Local vegetables and fresh fish
- kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )based on locally grown seasonal vegetables is served, and seafood caught in the Sanin region is also available. The local vegetables are fresh and have a deep earthy flavor, and the plump fish is very chewy. The hot spring has a large cypress bath, which is even used at the bottom of the tub. It always gives off a fresh scent, and the relaxing effect of soaking in the bath is even greater. The rooms are bright and have an interior that allows you to relax and unwind.ヤギヌマ's answer (Posted on:2019/11/16)
