  • Please tell me about a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) near Nagoya Station!

I'm going on a business trip to Nagoya, and I'm thinking of staying at a hotel where I can refresh myself by taking a dip in a hot spring. Do you have any recommendations for hotels with hot springs near Nagoya Station?

Suminoyu Hotel

2-11-8 Kameshima, Nakamura-ku

  • A hotel with a public bath, located a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station

  • Although it is not a natural hot spring, the water uses plenty of charcoal and leaves your skin smooth. It is a public bath, and the large bath is spacious and kept clean. Another recommended point is that guests can enter the bath as many times as they like for free. The rooms are simple and compact. There is no meal service, but the price is cheap, so it is a very good value hotel. It is close to the station, so it is easy to use the restaurants in the area.

  • A public bath where you can stay overnight

  • Although it is not a hot spring, this business hotel has a public bath that boasts a charcoal bath that will leave your skin smooth. It is located a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station, so you can use your time efficiently. The rooms are compact, with only single and twin rooms. There is no food provided, so you can bring your own food into the hotel (though there is no microwave or refrigerator) or go to the underground mall to enjoy a meal. You can stay in a single room for a cheap price.
