Ginzan Onsen has a good old Taisho era romantic feel to it. There is an open-air bath where you can relax and enjoy the seasonal colors of the mountains above the lake, and I recommend it because you can relax in Ginzan Onsen. It is easy to get to, just 30 minutes by car from Obanazawa City on National Route 13.

There are no Ryokan (Japanese inn) with hot springs near Nagoya Station. There are only a few hotels with large public baths. If you are looking for a hotel with a hot spring, we recommend the APA Hotel Nagoya Marunouchi Ekimae. The hotel is easily accessible and has natural hot springs. The rooms are compact, but clean and relaxing.

"Tsutaya" is a traditional Japanese Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Kiso Fukushima Onsen, with a nice atmosphere and a retro and stylish appearance. The two-meal kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）includes a taste of Shinshu, and it was luxurious to be able to taste Shinshu salmon, Shinano snow trout, and other Shinshu delicacies. The hot spring has a wonderful open-air bath overlooking the Kiso River, and the wooden structure gives it a tasteful atmosphere, allowing you to feel the Japanese chic.

This is a relatively reasonable price for a stay in Yufuin, a high-class hot spring resort. All rooms have a view of Mt. Yufu, which is very relaxing. The baths include a sophisticated indoor bath reminiscent of a hot spring resort, and an open-air bath made of large rocks, allowing you to fully enjoy the famous hot springs of Yufuin. For meals, there is a limited-time fugu-filled plan, where you can enjoy fugu sashimi, fugu hotpot, fried fugu, and fugu porridge to finish off the day.

Hello. Kurashiki is an area with few pure hot springs (though there are plenty of hot spring imitation ones). I recommend Yamamoka, a modern Ryokan (Japanese inn) with Japanese and Western-style rooms. The meals are kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）based on Japanese tastes. The location is a little difficult to find, so please do your research beforehand.

Both dinner and breakfast at this inn were delicious and the portions were generous, so I was very satisfied. This inn is famous for soba, so I was able to eat soba for both dinner and breakfast, which was great for me as a soba lover. The rooms were clean, and I could see the waterfall from the window, so it was very relaxing. The open-air bath was just the right temperature, so I was able to relax while listening to the sound of the waterfall. The air was clear, and I was soothed by looking up at the night sky. I also enjoyed the atmospheric hot spring town, which was about a five-minute walk away.

We recommend this inn, which has a lovely Taisho-era romantic feel. There are rooms facing the river that overlook the hot spring town below. Nighttime is also the best, as you can spend time watching the gas lamps lit up in Ginzan Onsen. The romantic atmosphere is perfect for couples, and it's perfect for social media. You can relax in the large hot spring bath, which 100% natural hot spring. You can also use the hot spring at our sister inn, Ginzanso, where you can enjoy the largest open-air bath in Ginzan Onsen.

The guest rooms have an open-air bath with natural hot spring water, a tent sauna, and a cold water bath on the terrace, so you can relax without worrying about others around you. There is also a large public bath and an open-air bath surrounded by nature, so you can enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content. Taking bath to view the snow in winter is the best. From December, you can see frost-covered trees in Zao, Yamagata Prefecture, and I remember feeling ecstatic after soaking in Zao Onsen to soothe my frozen body. The indoor bath is made of wood, has a nice scent, and you can feel the warmth of the wood. The windows are all glass, giving it an open feeling, and the bath is spacious.

Although it is not a natural hot spring, the water uses plenty of charcoal and leaves your skin smooth. It is a public bath, and the large bath is spacious and kept clean. Another recommended point is that guests can enter the bath as many times as they like for free. The rooms are simple and compact. There is no meal service, but the price is cheap, so it is a very good value hotel. It is close to the station, so it is easy to use the restaurants in the area.

The attraction of this inn is the large bathhouse, made with Kiso cypress. The large bathhouse, filled with the scent of cypress, is extremely relaxing. There is also a private family bath and a private open-air bath with a view, so you can enjoy a variety of hot springs. A lot of Kiso wood is used inside the building, so you can feel the warmth of the wood. There is even a wooden fan made from a single piece of wood, which I think is an experience that can only be had at this inn. The food is sourced from ingredients mainly from the Kiso region of Nagano Prefecture, and was visually gorgeous and delicious.

Although it is not a hot spring, I think that the interior atmosphere and amenities make it a hotel that women will enjoy. It is also a formal hotel, and wedding ceremonies are held there. The restaurant in the hotel is good, but I wanted to try mamakari, so I went to a nearby izakaya that is famous for its fish.

We recommend this inn located further inside Kinugawa Onsen. Located in a quiet area of sightseeing hot spring, Kinugawa, this inn is full of the feeling of a Secret hot spring. It has a wonderful, rustic atmosphere. I'm sure even an older girlfriend will be satisfied with the calm atmosphere here.

A few years ago, I wanted to try Murata's famous roll cake, "P Roll," so I went to the cafe space at Murata. It had a very relaxed atmosphere, and the service was polite and unobtrusive, even though it is one of the most famous Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Yufuin, which left a very good impression on me. I would definitely recommend warming your body and soul with the hot springs, the warm building, and the polite service during the cold winter months.

"Kashobo Fukumatsu, a hotel with Breathtaking view" is located along the Kinugawa Valley, a 7-minute walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station. The guest rooms are bright and clean Japanese-style rooms, all facing the Kinugawa Valley, with large windows allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the valley. The hotel has a large public bath and an open-air bath, and the view from the open-air bath is particularly spectacular, giving it the feel of a hidden hot spring.

If you have time, there is a free shuttle service after sightseeing in Kurashiki during the day. How about a hotel with a view of the Great Seto Bridge from Mt. Washuu and the Mizushima industrial area? It's soothing to watch the Seto Inland Sea. There is a Seto Great Bridge Spa Resort next door. When my friends come to Kurashiki, I stay here with them. If you are staying at Kinugawa Onsen, I recommend Kinu no Yado Shiki Ootoro. It is a small Ryokan (Japanese inn) located along the calm, clear Kinugawa River. The interior has a slightly retro feel and a nice atmosphere. For meals, they serve delicious dishes such as Japanese black beef and Nikko yuba. They also offer a plan for in-room dining, which is highly recommended.
