  • Any recommendations for a good onsen near Nagoya that's easy to get to by train?

My friend and I are doing a foodie trip to Nagoya and would love to unwind at an onsen ryokan afterwards. Any suggestions for a relaxing place that's less than a 90-minute train journey away?

  • Indulge in the Luxury of a 100% Pure, Free-Flowing Natural Hot Spring

  • Why not visit Aqua Ignis in Mie's Yunoyama Onsen? It's a serene sanctuary for your skin and soul, just 80 minutes from Nagoya by train. The onsen is famous as 'Bijin-no-Yu' (Water of the Beauties) for a reason—it's 100% pure, free-flowing hot spring water with no extra water or heat added, leaving your skin unbelievably silky-smooth. You can spend a quiet, luxurious time gazing out at a tranquil bamboo grove from the open-air bath. After the onsen has soothed your travel fatigue, the perfect finishing touch is indulging in exquisite sweets from the renowned on-site pastry chef.
