  • This is the place to stay after visiting the castle town of Inuyama Castle.

  • This inn faces the Kiso River in onsen(hot spring) Onsen, a place that changes with the seasons. It's about a 15-minute walk from Inuyama Castle, a national treasure. Guests can enjoy the natural onsen(hot spring), which have their source in Inuyama Byakutei no Yu, in the open-air bath with Breathtaking view view of the castle, or in the large, glass-walled bath. For meals, they serve kaiseki cuisine made with seasonal ingredients, including freshly caught sweetfish and Hida beef. Rinkokan

8-1 Nishidaimonsaki, Inuyama, Inuyama-shi

  • A cozy inn with a rustic atmosphere

  • This building is old, but its rustic feel makes it a lovely inn. The large communal bath has a retro indoor bath and a small but stylish open-air bath made of rocks, so we were able to enjoy the hot springs at our leisure. The food was a kaiseki meal with a good balance of seafood and mountain delicacies, with a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. The 10-tatami Japanese-style room also had a tokonoma alcove, giving it the feel of a traditional Ryokan (Japanese inn), and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay.

  • instagrammable interior, cuisine, and amazing views

  • This is a long-established onsen(hot spring) Ryokan (Japanese inn) that was founded about 100 years ago. In addition to the large onsen(hot spring) bath, there is a large private bath on the second floor, from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of Inuyama Castle, a national treasure that is lit up at night, creating a fantastic sight. There are also Western-style rooms available that are more than enough for three people. The price is a little on the high side, but it is worth it considering the terrace overlooking the Kiso River, the beautiful scenery, and the delicious authentic kaiseki cuisine. Everything about the Ryokan (Japanese inn), from the interior to the food to the scenery is instagrammable, and it is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Inuyama Castle.
