You can enjoy the hot springs in the large, retro-style bath or the open-air bath. You can choose to have your meals in your room or kaiseki Japanese hearth. We stayed in Japanese and Western room in the main building and ate a Japanese kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients in our room. The food was all carefully selected, including salt-grilled yamame trout, horse sashimi, wagyu beef loin, and river trout carpaccio. There are two types of private indoor baths, so married couple can relax in them.
