• This hotel has several restaurants to choose from, but if you have big appetites, we recommend the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. There are many different menus for breakfast and dinner, so you'll never get bored. The freshly baked omelette in the morning is creamy and recommended. The open-air bath in the large communal bath is designed in the style of a Japanese garden, with a rock tub. It was very tasteful and I was able to relax while watching the natural beauty. There are also plenty of facilities, such as a putting green and a table tennis corner, so it was a place where you could enjoy yourself to the fullest.

• Before COVID-19, guests could choose to dine on a Japanese kaiseki course in their room or in a private dining room, or choose a Japanese-Western buffet. This buffet featured over 40 dishes, including creative Japanese and Western cuisine, and included all-you-can-drink soft drinks. For those who like alcohol, an additional 1,580 yen was available on the spot. The Japanese-Western Buffet was also delicious, and I ate to my heart's content. The hot springs, along with the two large public baths, have two open-air baths, and currently draw water from the precious Shirahata and Bandaiko springs.

The location, right in front of the Yubatake hot springs in Kusatsu onsen(hot spring), is a big plus, but the food is also very satisfying.
