My partner and I are planning a ski trip to Japan and would like to spend one night in Kusatsu Onsen. Could you please recommend an onsen ryokan that offers spectacular views?

This inn is located in the Kusatsu Onsen town, very close to the ski resort. In fact, the Kusatsu Onsen Ski Resort is within walking distance. The highlight is the gigantic outdoor rock bath, which is built into the natural landscape. This rotenburo feels incredibly open, and the breeze is so pleasant. In the winter, you can even enjoy it as a "yukimi-buro" (a snow-viewing bath). There's also a gazebo over the bath, so you don't have to worry even if it’s snowing. The guest rooms are mainly Western-style, and you can also choose a luxurious room with a private open-air bath.とりむ's answer (Posted on:2023/2/ 2)

After enjoying skiing, enjoy a soak in the hot springs at the resort hotel!
- This hotel is surrounded by forests at the foot of the mountain, in a place where you can enjoy nature in all four seasons. In winter, many skiers stay at the hotel, and the area around the hotel is covered in snow. It is also close to Kusatsu's tourist spots, so it is easily accessible. The hotel has an open-air bath with a waterfall-like cascade, three indoor baths, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with dinner featuring about 50 types of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and you can enjoy freshly cooked food in the open kitchen.nanochip's answer (Posted on:2020/10/13)
