• This hotel is surrounded by forest in Kinosaki Onsen. There is a vast forest garden where you can see the different expressions of the four seasons. You can also enjoy the natural hot springs in four baths: the large hot spring bath where you can enjoy the natural greenery to the fullest, the open-air bath where you can enjoy the snowy scenery in winter, the mist sauna, and the jacuzzi bath. For meals, we had kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）using the bounty of the mountains and sea that Tajima is proud of. The dish of sea bream simmered in soy sauce was particularly delicious.

If the season is right, you can also enjoy snow. The sodium and calcium chloride spring water is effective for rheumatism and neurological diseases. The food was seasonal, and we were able to enjoy the luxurious dishes of abalone, flounder, and Tajima beef.
