• This is an inn in the middle of the forest, and I think you can have a relaxing stay. It's the only 5-star hotel in Kinosaki Onsen. There are three private open-air baths, each with a different theme, which is fun. The best thing about Kinosaki Onsen is the crabs. If you're looking for spring quality, there are many other great places, such as Ureshino Onsen, but if you're looking for a good overall balance of food and atmosphere, this is the inn I'd recommend.

• This inn is proud of its petal-covered open-air bath and bedrock bath (women can use the bedrock bath for free), which are a delight for women. The hot springs are also of excellent quality, with high levels of sodium and calcium chloride, and are said to be good for the skin, so you can enjoy them in the private rose open-air bath "Tensui" and the men's bath "Hanazono" with its own open-air bath.
