Arima Onsen Nakanobo Visitors

808 Arima-cho, Kita-ku

  • A historic hotel with many repeat customers from both within Japan and overseas

  • This is a historic luxury Ryokan (Japanese inn) that has many repeat customers in Japan. You can enjoy the famous "Kinsen" hot spring in Arima Onsen, Hyogo Prefecture. For dinner, you can enjoy a seasonal kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ). There is also a Japanese-style garden inside the building, and being able to enjoy the view in a relaxing space is the charm of this adults-only inn.

Arima-Onsen Kinzan

1302-4 Arima-cho Kita-ku Kobe-shi

  • An adult inn with excellent access!

  • The inn is located a 3-minute walk from Kobe Electric Railway Arima Onsen Station. There is also a shuttle bus. The cleaning is thorough and you can stay comfortably. There is free Wi-Fi, so you can do research without any problems. There is an open-air bath and a spacious large bath. The brown open-air bath, which is unique to Arima Onsen, feels very good. There are Japanese-style rooms where you can experience the Japanese atmosphere, and there are rooms with beds for those who don't like futons.

Ryokan Migiwatei Ochikochi

629,Tomo, Tomocho

  • A hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Hiroshima Prefecture where all rooms have ocean views.

  • This inn is not available for children under elementary school age, so you can spend a relaxing time here. It is located in Tomonoura, which is said to have been the setting for the Ghibli film "Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea," and is a relaxing inn facing the Seto Inland Sea. There is a free shuttle bus from JR Fukuyama Station, but you need to make a reservation in advance. If you are traveling to Hiroshima by Shinkansen, you can easily get there by getting off at Fukuyama Station and using the free shuttle bus.

Shourotei Hotel

Amano Hashidate, Monju, Miyazu-shi

  • You can feel the traditional Japanese culture from the Sukiya-style building.

  • This inn features tasteful Japanese architecture that will make you say, "As expected of Kyoto." The building is called sukiya-zukuri, a style that favors traditional culture such as the tea ceremony and waka poetry. That's why the gardens and teahouse inside the inn are also worth seeing. Although it's a teahouse, it's not a formal one where you sit upright on tatami mats, but a casual one where you sit on a chair and enjoy yourself, so feel free to drop by.

  • A perfect lodging base for sightseeing in Hyogo Prefecture

  • The inn is a 20-minute drive from Gamagori Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line, and a shuttle bus (advance reservation required) is also available. The location is easily accessible from urban areas in the Tokai region. It is also very convenient for visiting tourist spots such as Laguna Ten Bosch and Takeshima. We recommend this inn to those who want to do a bit of sightseeing as well as experience the hot springs.

Ryokan Okutsusou

  • A lodging with Japanese wooden architecture

  • Located in Okayama Prefecture, this inn features a typically Japanese wooden structure. It is a small, high-class inn that is registered as a tangible cultural property, and its exterior and interior have a charm that gives a sense of its long history. In front of the inn is a lounge that was renovated from a 100-year-old traditional Japanese house. In the evening, enjoy a drink in this lounge where quiet music is playing, and soak in the afterglow of your trip to Japan.

Suiran, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kyoto

12 Susukinobaba-cho, Saga-Tenryuji, Ukyo-ku,

  • A hotel in the popular tourist destination of Arashiyama, Kyoto

  • This luxury hotel is located in the Arashiyama area, a popular tourist destination in Japan. It specializes in accommodation for adults, and some rooms have open-air baths. In addition to the beautiful Arashiyama scenery, one of the attractions is the creative cuisine that combines French and Japanese cuisine. It is about a 10-minute walk from JR Saga-Arashiyama Station, so it is also convenient to get there by train.

  • This is a historic Ryokan (Japanese inn) located near Inuyama Castle. Not only is it worth seeing the Japanese castle, but the magnificent view of the Kiso River is also worth a visit. All rooms are equipped with cypress baths, making it perfect for those who value privacy while bathing. The inn is about a 7-minute taxi ride from Meitetsu Inuyama Station. • Breathtaking view and rooms with open-air baths are a highlight.

  • This inn is located in Hyogo Prefecture, where you can enjoy beautiful scenery. As the name suggests, it is an environment where you can enjoy Japanese sunsets to your heart's content. All rooms have an open-air bath, so it is recommended for those who are concerned about sharing the large public bath or hot spring with other guests. For dinner, kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )made with locally produced ingredients is served. Junior high school students and younger are not allowed to stay, so you can enjoy the Japanese garden in a quiet space.

Hotel Zagakukan

Yumoto 642-1

  • A designer hotel with 10 rooms, 7 minutes' walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station

  • The hotel is well located and recommended for sightseeing in Hakone. The rooms are clean because it has only been built recently, and there are only 10 rooms in total, so you can spend your time in a relaxed atmosphere. There are also rooms with open-air baths, so you can spend a more luxurious time. Although it is a hotel, the exterior has a Japanese atmosphere that is typical of Japan, so I think it will be a good memory.
