  • I'm going to Kaike Onsen in Yonago City by taking the Sunrise Izumo. Can you recommend a hot spring inn with an ocean view or close to the ocean?

I've been wanting to ride the Sunrise Izumo sleeper train for a while now, so I'm going to Kaike Onsen in Yonago. Can you recommend any hot spring inns with a view of the Sea of Japan or within walking distance of the Sea of Japan?

Kasuitei

4-19-10 Kaike Onsen, Yonago

  • Kasuitei, a luxury Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Kaike Onsen

  • Kaike Onsen Kasuitei has rooms with views of the Sea of Japan and Mt. Daisen. The hotel has a luxurious, relaxed atmosphere. The food is also highly rated, with an elaborate kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )of exquisite dishes. There are also rooms with open-air baths, so we are sure that any occasion, such as married couple, girls' nights, and groups, will be satisfied.

  • An inn that boasts hot springs, the only one in Kaike Onsen with its own hot spring source

  • This is a long-established inn right in front of the sea. It felt as if the sea was a garden. Of course, you can see the sea from the rooms and the large public bath in the lobby. This inn is proud of its hot springs, the only one in Kaike Onsen with its own hot spring source, and it also has a sauna.

Sakaiminato Onyado Nono Natural Hot Spring

216 Taisho-machi, Sakaiminato city, Tottori, Japan, 684-0004

  • Hotels near the sea

  • "Nono" is within walking distance of the beach, and offers a discounted rate for consecutive nights, allowing you to enjoy a stay without meals at a bargain price. In Kaike, there are many options for stays without meals, so we recommend this cheaper option. In Kaike, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so if you combine a stroll along the beach with a nighttime stroll, you can easily enjoy the lively hot spring town. The hot spring has a natural indoor bath and an open-air bath, and is spacious and well-designed. There is also a cold bath, making it easy to fully enjoy the hot springs.
