It is about a 15-minute walk from JR Kinosaki Onsen Station, and is conveniently located for touring soto-yu (public bathhouses) in Kinosaki Onsen town. The baths in the inn are all wonderful, with three different baths, each with its own unique atmosphere. It is a high-class inn, so it is reasonably priced, but you can feel the history of Japan and the service is excellent.

• I was able to enjoy so many crab dishes that I couldn't finish them all.

• The food was very satisfying both in the morning and evening, and I was able to enjoy the crab to my heart's content. I couldn't finish the boiled crab, and even though they brought it out again the next morning, I still had some left. As the room attendant suggested, next year I'll take home a full serving. The room was also very clean, and it was a blissful moment to soak in the outdoor bath while looking out at the garden.
