Family trip to Himeji Castle! Can you recommend a hot spring inn in Kinosaki Onsen that is good for families?
My family and I are going to Hyogo Prefecture to visit Himeji Castle, a World Heritage Site. We would like to stay at Kinosaki Onsen, which is famous for its hot springs. There are many popular hot springs such as Oedo Onsen Monogatari, but what is the best hot spring inn for families in Kinosaki Onsen?

- If you are visiting Kinosaki Onsen after Himeji Castle, we recommend the Nishimuraya Honkan, which also has a sense of history. This Ryokan (Japanese inn) is built in the authentic Japanese Sukiya style of architecture. Kinosaki is famous for its soto-yu (public bathhouses), and the location is convenient for that too. The food is Japanese cuisine made with high-quality ingredients from Tajima. The presentation is gorgeous, and the taste is elegant and original.かがわ's answer (Posted on:2017/9/ 4)

- We recommend Nishimuraya Honkan in Kinosaki Onsen, located due north from Himeji, Ryokan (Japanese inn) with authentic Sukiya-style Japanese architecture. It has a small number of rooms and a hot Ryokan (Japanese inn) that prioritizes hospitality, so you can relax with your family.はるか's answer (Posted on:2017/5/22)

A long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) in the popular Kinosaki Onsen area
- This is a famous Japanese Ryokan (Japanese inn) with an authentic Japanese-style hot spring. It has been in business for over 160 years and often appears at the top of the rankings of Ryokan (Japanese inn) people want to stay at at least once. It is about a 15-minute walk from JR Kinosaki Onsen Station, and is conveniently located for touring soto-yu (public bathhouses) in Kinosaki Onsen town. The baths in the inn are all wonderful, with three different baths, each with its own unique atmosphere. It is a high-class inn, so it is reasonably priced, but you can feel the history of Japan and the service is excellent.びびお's answer (Posted on:2017/3/ 8)

I was able to enjoy so many crab dishes that I couldn't finish them all.
- The food was very satisfying both in the morning and evening, and I was able to enjoy the crab to my heart's content. I couldn't finish the boiled crab, and even though they brought it out again the next morning, I still had some left. As the room attendant suggested, next year I'll take home a full serving. The room was also very clean, and it was a blissful moment to soak in the outdoor bath while looking out at the garden.らすく's answer (Posted on:2016/9/18)

A traditional Japanese inn
- This is a long-established, purely Japanese-style inn that is often seen on travel TV programs. The magnificent Japanese architecture is modeled after the Sukiya-style building from the early Edo period. The guest rooms surround a well-maintained Japanese garden, and every room has a beautiful view. The hot springs also have a Japanese atmosphere, and there are three baths from which you can enjoy the view, each with its own unique charm.るき's answer (Posted on:2016/9/ 9)

A famous long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Kinosaki
- This is a particularly famous luxury Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Kinosaki. The interior and exterior are Japanese-style buildings, giving it a nostalgic feel. There are only 34 rooms in total, and hospitality is the priority. Looking down on the Japanese garden from the veranda after a bath will help you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.なな's answer (Posted on:2016/7/21)
