• The rooms and common areas are clean, and reception desk staff are friendly and polite. The location is about a 6-minute walk from JR Katsuta Station, so it's easy to get to. As it's a business hotel, the rooms may feel a little small, but even with the breakfast Buffet included, the price is reasonable and it's good value for money. "Aqua World Ibaraki Oarai Aquarium" is also a recommended spot. It has the largest number of shark species in Japan, with about 60 species. The dolphin and sea lion shows are impressive, and there are plenty of events and experience programs, so it's perfect for a date.
