• I think it's nice to be able to relax in a not-too-large Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a hospitable atmosphere. I recommend this inn. You can also have dinner in your room (subject to change depending on the season), and the portions are plentiful, and everything was delicious, including the crab. The bath was spacious, and the open-air bath overlooking the bamboo forest was very comfortable. The location was also close to Tamasakuyu Shrine, so I was able to walk there and see the sights.

• Garden-style open-air bath

• This inn has a spacious public bath lined with seven types of huge stones from Okuizumo, and an open-air bath with a garden. Both are great hot springs for relaxing and soothing your daily fatigue. The open-air bath in particular has a completely different atmosphere between day and night, so you can enjoy the different atmospheres.

• This hotel is one of my most memorable hotels in Tamatsukuri Onsen. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, the view from the bath is great, the hot spring is also great, the courtyard has a nice, relaxing atmosphere, etc. I liked this hotel in every aspect. There are many hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn), but this one must have something invisibly attractive. Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant, and the food is especially delicious with a great view.
