  • Tamatsukuri Onsen Yunosuke No Yado Chorakuen
  • Tamatsukuri Onsen | A lodging facility with a wonderful open-air bath and where you can stay overnight without meals

I'm looking for a place to stay that has a nice open-air bath and where I can fully enjoy the hot spring atmosphere. I plan to eat outside, so please let me know if you have any recommendations for places to stay that do not include meals.

Tamatsukuri Onsen Yunosuke No Yado Chorakuen

松江市玉汤町玉造323

  • An inn with an alluring, fantastic open-air bath.

  • This inn has the best Mixed-Gender Hot Springs-air bath in Japan, which flows directly from the source. The floor of the open-air bath is covered with three types of agate, and is lit up at night, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Even the standard rooms are 8 tatami mat Japanese-style rooms with a 3 tatami mat wide veranda.

Ryotei Yamanoi Hotel

1042 Tamayu-cho Tamatsukuri, Matsue-shi

  • You can also Visiting hot springs

  • The outdoor bath here is very beautiful with a luxurious garden-like view. The bamboo forest has a nice atmosphere. You can also take a bath at the baths of the related inns, so you can enjoy various kinds of hot spring scenery. The inn as a whole is spacious and has the best of both a hotel and Ryokan (Japanese inn). Of course, there is also a plan for a room only, which I think is quite cheap.

International Hotel Tamatsukuri

148-2 Yumachi, Tamayu-cho, Matsue-shi

  • Open-air bath with a panoramic view of Lake Shinji

  • You should definitely check out the open-air bath at the Tamatsukuri International Hotel. The hotel itself is built along the lakeside, so you can get a full view of the lake from the open-air bath. It's absolutely amazing to be there at sunset or sunrise. I think it will be one of the best memories of your trip. There is no room-only option, but breakfast is included, but I highly recommend the hotel's Japanese and Western Buffet as you can enjoy a luxurious view of the lake.
