  • Visit the old Tsukiji Market and Tsukishima Monja Street! Convenient and affordable hotels to stay at during Golden Week

I'd like to visit the Tsukiji Market and Tsukishima Monja Street during the long weekend in May. Are there any cheap hotels in the area? I don't mind if it's not near the nearest station like Tsukiji, as long as it's easily accessible by train.

APA Hotel Tsukiji Eki Minami

7-10-11,Tsukiji,Chuo-ku

  • It's conveniently located near the market.

  • You can walk to Tsukiji and Tsukishima. It's a national chain hotel, but if you book early, you can get a very low price. The rooms are clean and the hotel is close to Tsukiji Station, so it's convenient for anything you want to do.

BAN HOTEL TSUKIJIGINZA

〒104-0045 東京都中央区築地 3-17-10

  • Hotels near Tsukiji Outer Market

  • This hotel is conveniently located right in front of the Tsukiji Outer Market and Harumi Street. Many guests stay here just to visit the outer market, and the hotel offers a service where you can eat tuna bowls at the outer market with a breakfast voucher, and the hotel staff are knowledgeable about the market and can give you lots of advice.

Hotel Livemax Higashi-Ginza

2-12-1 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku

  • The room is small but well equipped

  • It's a convenient location, just a short walk from Tsukiji Market. The affordable double bed room is small, but there is a microwave in the room, water is free, and the wifi is good. There is no phone in the room, but in this age of smartphones, I don't think it's necessary. Women get a single-use size of DHC cosmetics, and there are drip coffee machines for each person, which is nice because they don't make instant coffee. There is a washing machine in the hotel, which is convenient, although it costs money. There is a Tully's diagonally across the street.

Comfort Hotel Tokyo Kiyosumi Shirakawa

1-6-12 Shirakawa, Koto-ku

  • This hotel has good access to Tsukiji and Tsukishima.

  • If you are looking for a place to stay in the Tsukiji to Tsukishima area, I recommend the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Kiyosumi Shirakawa. It is adjacent to Kiyosumi Shirakawa Station and is almost directly connected. You can get to Tsukiji and Tsukishima in no time on the Oedo Line. The rooms are clean and the double beds are comfortable. Breakfast is also free for guests. The price is reasonable and I recommend it.

the square hotel GINZA

2-11-6 Ginza

  • Grand opening in November 2018

  • It's a modern hotel with a New York style feel. It's not too stylish, and the bathroom space on the first floor is reminiscent of a store in Soho, giving it a warm and welcoming feel. Even though it's in Ginza, it has a large public bath. The hair dryer in the public bath was a Dyson. There was also a fitness gym on the same floor.
