  • This is the official hotel of Universal Studios Japan. It's only a one-minute walk from USJ, so it's recommended for cosplayers. As it's an official hotel, they also have collaboration rooms, and when I stayed there, I got special benefits that only official hotels offer, such as stickers. Personally, I often have trouble finding dinner at USJ, so it was helpful that the hotel had a buffet restaurant. The bathrooms were clean, and the bathtub was large, so I was able to stretch my legs and rest my tired feet after a day at the park.

  • If your first priority is access to USJ, then you should choose either Hotel Kintetsu Universal City or Hotel Keihan Universal Tower. I have stayed at both, but since I usually travel by car, I like Kintetsu Universal City because the parking fees are slightly cheaper.
