A convenient hotel for travelling from Universal Studios Japan and sightseeing in Kobe

I'm going to Kobe and Universal Studios Japan. I'll be at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka on the first and second days until noon. I'm thinking of staying at a hotel in Kobe on the second day, but are there any convenient hotels in Kobe?

To get from USJ to Sannomiya Station, it is convenient to take the JR, Hanshin Electric Railway, or bus, but it is better to get off at Sannomiya Station. It is within 10 minutes from Sannomiya by Port Liner. There is a free shuttle bus from Sannomiya Station. The inn is more of a city hotel than a business hotel. However, the price is comparable to that of a business hotel, so you can stay comfortably and cheaply.
