Take the Chuo Line Limited Express from Tokyo to Matsumoto. What is the best hotel for sightseeing at Matsumoto Castle, Japan's oldest national treasure?
I'd like to see Matsumoto Castle, Japan's oldest national treasure. I'm planning to go from Tokyo, and after researching, I found out I can get there on the Chuo Line Azusa Limited Express, so I'm thinking of taking that. Since I'll only be staying in Matsumoto, I'll be staying there. Can you recommend a hotel for sightseeing in Matsumoto? I'd prefer something budget-friendly to mid-range. It's okay if there's no dinner or hot springs.
