• Traveling to Fukuoka! Which Cheap, Clean, and Reservable "Adult Only Hotels" (Love Hotels) are recommended in the Hakata/Tenjin or Kitakyushu areas?

I'm planning a trip to Fukuoka Prefecture with my partner. I'm looking for a recommended Adult Only Hotel, either in the Hakata/Tenjin area or the Kokura (Kitakyushu) area. I heard that Japanese Love Hotels can be fully booked if you just show up. Could you recommend hotels that allow advanced booking, are very clean and modern, and offer reasonable rates? I'd especially appreciate suggestions for newly opened hotels or ones that are easy to get to without a car!
