  • Niseko Grand Hotel
  • [Hokkaido│Skiing] Recommended hotels with slopes and hot springs

My Australian friend will be coming to Japan to ski in the new year. I'd like to take him to a ski resort in Hokkaido, so please let me know if you have any recommendations. I'd like a hotel that's close to a ski resort where you can rent ski wear, or where you can rent ski wear. I'd also like to go to a hot spring.

Niseko Grand Hotel

421,Niseko-cho,Abutagun,

  • Enjoy the powder snow

  • I think Niseko is top class in terms of the size of the slopes and the variety of courses. The snow is powdery, and on a clear day you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mt. Yotei. The hotel is a little old, but if you can enjoy activities at a reasonable price, you will be satisfied. There is also Mixed-Gender Hot Springs open-air bath where you can wear bathing suits, so I think it will be a valuable experience.

  • There is a large open-air bath.

  • It is located in the Niseko Annupuri ski resort area. You can take a shuttle bus to the ski resort. I think Australians will be very happy with the open-air baths and Japanese meals. Accommodation is also cheap, and there is a resort liner from New Chitose Airport, so it is easy to access.
