Can you recommend hotels with great Mount Fuji views?
I'm really excited about my trip to Japan and would love to see Mount Fuji. Could you recommend some hotels where I can get a fantastic view of Mount Fuji directly from my room? I don't need luxurious facilities, but a room with an unobstructed view of the mountain is my top priority.

- For a budget-friendly option, the Toyoko Inn Fujisan Mishima-eki is an excellent choice. Despite being a business hotel right next to Mishima Station (a Shinkansen stop!), you can enjoy magnificent views of Mount Fuji from their Fuji-side rooms. The facilities are simple, as is typical for a business hotel, but the trade-off is an incredibly reasonable price point for having such a spectacular Mount Fuji view all to yourself from your room.
You can also explore the area and find restaurants serving fresh seafood from Suruga Bay, which is a delightful experience. A hotel with a great view of Mt. Fuji near Mishima Station
- Toyoko Inn Fujisan Mishima Station, located at Mishima Station where the Shinkansen stops, is a business hotel, so the accommodation rates are naturally reasonable, and it is a recommended hotel for sightseeing in Mishima. From the rooms on the north side, you can see Mt. Fuji behind Mt. Ashitaka, so request a room on the north side.
