  • Hakone Tenseien Hotel
  • I'd like to go to Hakone with some foreign friend and introduce them to Japanese open-air bath. Are there any hot hot spring inns you'd recommend?

My friend from overseas is planning to come to Japan this summer. Could you please tell me about a place to stay in Hakone that is close to the outlet mall and has open-air bath? I would like a place that is fun to stay at for 15,000 yen One person for 2 days and 1 night.

Hakone Tenseien Hotel

682 Yumoto, Hakone-machi, Ashigara-shimogun

  • This inn has a large open-air bath.

  • This inn has four hot springs on the premises. It has a rooftop open-air bath with an open atmosphere, and conveys the beauty of Japanese open-air baths. The price is less than 15,000 yen. For around 20,000 yen, you can rent a room with an open-air bath, so if you have money to spare, we recommend that option.

  • The open-air bath is wonderful.

  • If you are inviting foreign guests, a Japanese-style hot spring is the best choice. I recommend "Hakone Yumoto Onsen Tenseien." It is Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a large open-air bath. You can stay in it all day. Please try staying there.

  • Enjoy a wonderful open-air bath

  • If you would like to introduce "Japanese" open-air baths to foreigners, I recommend the hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) "Hakone Yumoto Onsen Tenseien". The open-air bath here is the best in the world. It's a nice inn, and I'm sure your friends will be pleased. For your reference.

  • This is a recommended inn for a hot spring trip.

  • The hotel is easily accessible from the mountain railway, and is recommended for sightseeing in Hakone Onsen town. The hotel and rooms have a purely Japanese atmosphere, which we think will please foreigners. You can refresh yourself from your daily fatigue in the spacious open-air bath.

Hotel Green Plaza Hakone

Sengokuhara 1244-2

  • There is an open-air bath with a view of Mt. Fuji.

  • This inn has a bath that was voted "No. 1 open-air bath with the best view" by readers of a certain travel magazine. There is an open-air bath with a view of Mt. Fuji, an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, and the famous Sengokuhara Onsen is the inn's own hot spring source. From both the men's and women's open-air baths, you can see Mt. Fuji stretching out to its base while soaking in the bath. For dinner, you can choose between Japanese cuisine or a Japanese-Western kaiseki meal, so you can treat your foreign friends to the tastes of your tastes.

report

  • You can enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath.

  • The rooms are spacious enough, and it's a great hotel for the price range. The Asian-style rooms even have an open-air bath, so you can bathe whenever you want without worrying about the people around you. You can also see Mt. Fuji from the bath, so it's a great memory, especially for foreign tourists. There are many tourist spots nearby, such as Owakudani, where smoke rises, so I think this hotel is very convenient as a base for sightseeing.

Washintei Hougetu

  • I can confidently recommend this place

  • The recommended inn is "Hakone Ashinoko Onsen Washintei Hogetsu." It is a wonderful hot spring inn with a beautiful view of Lake Ashi. Hakone Shrine, which is famous as sacred places, is nearby. I think your overseas friends will be satisfied. The moon-viewing bath while looking out at Lake Ashi is exceptional.

  • A lodging with a panoramic view of Lake Ashi

  • I would like to introduce "Hakone Lake Ashinoko Onsen Washintei Hogetsu". This is a nice inn with a view of Lake Ashi, so your friends will be happy. The open-air bath has a rock bath and a cypress bath, and the baths are switched between men and women on a monthly basis. Hakone Shrine is nearby, so why not stop by?

Hakone Pax Yoshino

139-5 Yumotochaya, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun

  • There are three types of private open-air baths.

  • We recommend this inn located on the banks of the Sukumo River in Hakone Yumoto. You can enjoy the hot springs in three types of private open-air baths and a large open-air bath with a view. There are various types of modern Japanese and Western-style rooms, including some with semi-open-air baths. Depending on the plan, you can choose to have dinner in your room or at the restaurant, so you can enjoy a leisurely meal without any worries.

Tokinoyu Setsugetsuka

1300-34 Gora, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun

  • This is a recommended inn where you can fully enjoy a Japanese atmosphere.

  • We recommend this inn in Gora. All rooms have an open-air bath, so you can maintain a sense of privacy. We recommend it because you can stay without worrying about others. It is also conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Gora Station. The inn is friendly and polite, so your overseas friends will be warmly welcomed. You can enjoy the atmosphere of Japanese "omotenashi" hospitality. If you want to explore the outlets, we especially recommend a trip to Hakone.
