I recommend the Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel, which is close to the Tokyo Big Sight. Access to the venue is very good. English support is also available. Many foreign guests stay here, so the size of the beds should not be a problem.

A recommended mid-range hotel with good access from the airport
-
If you are welcoming guests from overseas, we recommend Shinagawa Prince Hotel. It is about 15 minutes from Haneda Airport and about 80 minutes from Narita Airport with minimal transfers. For dinner, there is a chic dining bar as well as a Japanese restaurant with private rooms, so everyone will be satisfied. Some rooms offer views of the iconic night view of Tokyo Tower, so you can expect a view that is not inferior to that of an ultra-luxury hotel.

A Top-Tier Hotel Experience Within Shibuya Mark City!
-
While not priced as a "luxury" hotel, Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu certainly delivers a high-class hotel experience. Its location within Shibuya Mark City, a major commercial complex, makes it incredibly easy to find and navigate. This central spot also means you're surrounded by an endless array of dining options, from budget-friendly izakaya to upscale restaurants – you'll never be at a loss for where to eat! For solo travelers, they offer comfortable semi-double rooms. If you're visiting with friends or family, their Deluxe Fourth Rooms can accommodate up to four people, making it an excellent choice for groups. Enjoy the convenience and vibrant energy of Shibuya right at your doorstep.

A Nature-Rich Oasis Right by Shinagawa Station!
-
You wouldn't believe it – this hotel is right in front of Shinagawa Station, a major transportation hub with easy access to Tokyo Station and the Shinkansen (bullet train), yet it boasts a magnificent traditional Japanese garden! The Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa has a long history of welcoming esteemed guests from Japan and around the world, and surprisingly, the prices are quite reasonable given its heritage. If you're traveling solo, I'd highly recommend a King bed room for ultimate comfort. While the hotel's interior has a Western feel, the Japanese garden is truly the star. It's beautiful to stroll through during the day, but the real magic happens at night. They have a special illumination event that reimagines the "moon-gazing" tradition from the Edo period – it's absolutely enchanting! Plus, if you cross to the other side of Shinagawa Station, you'll find plenty of affordable izakaya (Japanese pubs) and karaoke spots, ensuring a vibrant nightlife experience. It's the perfect blend of traditional tranquility and modern convenience.

A vegan bagel set is available for breakfast.
-
The hotel is unique in that it is based on the concept of an "art repository," and you can experience Japanese contemporary art throughout the building. Although it is only available for breakfast, you can enjoy a vegan bagel set with spiced vegetable meat. The Asakusa/Kuramae area where the hotel is located is a popular spot with an increasing number of stylish vegan cafes, so it would be fun to stroll around for lunch or dinner.

Shibamata, Katsushika Ward, is located in the downtown area of Tokyo. This hotel is in Chiba Prefecture, but is very close to Shibamata, and you can get to Shibamata by crossing the river. There is a bronze statue of Tora-san at Shibamata Station, and a shopping street where you can feel the atmosphere of the downtown area. Security is high, so even female guests can stay here with peace of mind. A twin room with breakfast is relatively reasonably priced even for one person.

A new type of hotel where you can feel Japanese culture everywhere
-
"Resol Poshtel Tokyo Asakusa" is a new type of accommodation that is becoming more and more popular these days, called "Poshtel," which combines the comfort of a hotel with the functionality of a Japanese capsule hotel. With rooms modeled after teahouses and a feel of Japanese culture everywhere, the hotel makes you feel as if you have traveled back in time to the Edo period. With good access from Asakusa and reasonable accommodation costs, it is a popular accommodation with guests from all over the world visiting Japan.

I also recommend the guesthouse.

Why not try the guesthouse? This inn is an old house that has been renovated into a guesthouse. The long garden with its veranda and stepping stones exudes a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. You can also chat in the living bar. The place is right next to Tokyo Metro Iriya Station.

Shibuya is a classic tourist destination for foreigners. This hotel is directly connected to the relatively quiet Shinminamiguchi exit of Shibuya. It is a safe area and a convenient base for lodging. Shibuya Stream and Hikarie are within walking distance. The hotel offers a full range of amenities that can be taken out from reception desk. Diamond Hotel is close to Hanzomon Station and within walking distance of the Imperial Palace. It's a great place to stay for exploring the area, as it's right on your doorstep. It's also close to Chidorigabuchi, so it's recommended. There are many restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding somewhere to eat. Experience a new style of hospitality
-
This hotel can provide excellent hospitality for VIPs and also keep costs down. They offer breakfast and lunch service, but no dinner service. Therefore, I think it's a good idea to offer ramen, set meals, and rice bowls for dinner at reasonable prices so that the VIP can enjoy them with their companion. If there is a day off in between or the VIP wants to enjoy themselves, they are free to do so on their own. Enjoy hospitality that places little burden on the company and on the VIP. The hotel is high class, so it is spacious and comfortable with single to double beds.

There are many Japanese restaurants nearby, such as sushi, tempura, and izakaya, so you will never have trouble finding something to eat.

The Peninsula Tokyo, located on the Marunouchi side of Tokyo Station, has staff who can speak most major languages. The beds are long, so even tall foreigners won't have their feet sticking out. The facilities are also recommended.

The accommodation is just a one-metre taxi ride from Shinkiba Station and is reasonably well-equipped.
-
The bed is quite large, and the facilities should be well-equipped for the price. Transportation on the day is also a hassle if you use the Japan Rail Pass locally. It is advantageous for crowds and automatic ticket gates. JR ticket machines can display English. Explain the situation and purchase in advance. Then, take a taxi from the hotel to Shinkiba Station, purchase a ticket, and arrive at Kokusai Tenjijo Station, which is about one meter away. It's OK if you prepare your equipment such as paper bags, coins, and hand warmers at the convenience store near the hotel. It's really cold in winter, so it's tough for girls. As an aside, if you go to Tokyo Station, there is a Pokemon Center Ya Pretty Store in the basement of Marunouchi. It's quite a treat. Pokemon is popular worldwide, and on the way back, you can manage if you go to Tokyo Station and take a bus or train back to Shinkiba or Hamamatsucho.
