Affordable hotel near Osaki Station

There are only expensive hotels near the International Exhibition Center. Furthermore, there are no places to play nearby. If that's the case, wouldn't it be better to go by train in 10 minutes and have a hotel that is almost directly connected to Osaki Station? Osaki is also close to Shinagawa and Shibuya on the Yamanote Line, so I think it's also good for sightseeing.
Answered question: I'm going to Tokyo at the end of the year. Can you recommend a place to stay with easy access to the Tokyo Big Sight?
