Which are the Best Capsule Hotels in Tokyo that are Cheap, Clean, and Safe for First-Timers?

During my trip to Tokyo, I want to experience the unique culture of a Capsule Hotel. Since this will be my first time, I am looking for a safe and very clean capsule hotel. Also, as I want to save on accommodation costs, I'm looking for hotels that offer great value for money (cheap).
