「佳翠苑皆美」は、天然の化粧水とも称される効能豊かな温泉を、たっぷりの湯量に浸かれる玉造温泉の旅館。ゆったり寛げる広いお部屋もあります。また、日本海の新鮮な海の幸をはじめ島根県の地元食材をふんだんに使ったお食事も美味しかった。朝食はバイキング形式で、メニューも色々あって出来立てのものを食べれました。

リーズナブルにビュッフェと草津温泉を堪能できる

草津温泉の旅でホテルニュー紅葉に宿泊しました。温泉街の中心、湯畑からは少し離れていますが、送迎バスが頻繁に出ており、観光への不便は全くありませんでした。夕食は楽しみにしていた種類豊富なビュッフェ形式で、和洋中の幅広い料理がずらりと並び、地元の食材を使ったメニューや、別注で蟹料理や鮑などもあって心ゆくまで堪能できました。広い大浴場では、草津の良質な湯を心ゆくまで堪能でき、日頃の疲れが癒されるようでした。露天風呂も広くて外の景色をゆっくりと眺めながら浸かりました。冬は雪見風呂ができるそうです。リーズナブルな価格でこれほど充実した滞在ができるとは驚きでした。

「旅亭 山の井」では朝食にバイキングがでます。バイキングに地元の食材が使われたメニューがあります。ドリンクや地酒も種類が豊富で、いろいろ試せてお得でした。夕食の和食会席もかなり豪華でした。お風呂は小さな滝がある露天風呂や竹林が見えたりと雰囲気が良かったです。
