I recommend the Hotel Route Inn Hakata Ekiminami. It's a little far from Hakata Station, but there's a free shuttle bus, so don't worry. It also has a large communal bath that you wouldn't expect from a business hotel.

Cleanliness
There is a free shuttle bus from Hakata Station, so it is easy to get to. It is also within a 15-minute walk. The hotel has a wide range of amenities and a beautiful large public bath, making it an ideal place to stay for families at a reasonable price. The Japanese and Western breakfast Buffet is also delicious, so I recommend it.

立地条件で選ぶなら
太宰府へお越しになられるのならば、西鉄沿線が良いかと存じます（参道入口に西鉄太宰府駅あり）。このホテルは西鉄天神駅まで歩いて５分ほど、太宰府へは直通電車で３０分ほど、ＪＲ博多駅や空港へも地下鉄１本乗り換えなしでいける好立地条件です。福岡随一の老舗一流ホテルですし、ご満足いただけるかと存じます。
