I want to travel to Fukuoka and Nagasaki this Golden Week! What hotels would you recommend?

My wife and I will be traveling to Fukuoka and Nagasaki during Golden Week (early-May holiday season in Japan). We plan to visit Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine and Tenjin Shrine in Fukuoka, and Huis Ten Bosch in Nagasaki. We will be staying one night each in Fukuoka and Nagasaki. Are there any recommended hotels? We would prefer a cheaper hotel.
