All rooms at APA Hotels have free Wi-Fi. There are many APA hotels in Tokyo, but I recommend the APA Hotel Shinagawa Sengakuji Ekimae, which is just a short walk from Sengakuji Station. It hasn't been open for very long, so the facilities are clean. Another nice feature is the large public bath.

The hotel is located near JR Ebisu Station. Free Wi-Fi is available. I didn't notice any slowness when watching videos, so I don't think the speed is an issue. The breakfast was also delicious.
