A hotel with a large public bath located close to Odori Station
I went to the Sapporo Snow Festival some time ago, and there were lots of huge snow and ice sculptures, which was fun. I stayed at this hotel on that occasion. It's right near Odori Station, and it's conveniently close to the festival site. There was a large public bath, so I was able to relax. The welcome aroma, which isn't often found in hotels, was very pleasant and helped me relax. The room was also modern and clean. The Japanese and Western Buffet was healthy and had a decent selection, so I was satisfied.

Hotel right in front of Odori Park
This hotel is within walking distance of the Odori site of the Snow Festival and is conveniently located for access from the airport. The first floor is an Italian restaurant, where breakfast is also served. The top floor has a large public bath with a view of Odori Park, where you can relax after a long day of travel. The room grade is business class, so you should be able to stay relatively reasonably.

Facing Odori Park (the main venue for the Snow Festival)
It's conveniently located near the Odori subway station exit. Sapporo Station, Susukino Station, and the TV tower are all connected underground, so you won't be cold. It's a new and neat hotel. It would be nice to get a room facing Odori Park.
